The success of any group presentation relies not on individual performance but teamwork. Although each member of the group must work hard for his part, he must also be willing and capable of working together with his teammates to allow the group presentation to proceed smoothly.

Delegate and assign.

In most cases, a group presentation requires every member to take part in the presentation itself. A leader should be unanimously chosen and he must consequently delegate the appropriate roles and duties for each member.

Create a timetable.

A deadline must set for every small goal for individual members and the entire team. The presentation must be complete at least one week before the group’s set to present. This will give them enough time to rehearse their presentation, focus on resolving technical flaws and perfect its execution.

Build harmony and rapport among members.

There are a lot of icebreaker games and communication exercises that will help members to get to know, be comfortable, and understand each other. Fostering and strengthening bonds among members is important because it will allow them to work together more effectively, making them able to identify and understand nonverbal cues coming from other members.

Eliminate stage fright.

Group members should be made comfortable early on with presenting in front of a crowd. You should start with a crowd filled with people your group members are all acquainted with and comfortable with. Gradually work your way to a crowd that’s set to challenge your group’s equilibrium on stage. In this case, make sure to coach them on what and what not to do.

I think corner curio cabinets are beautiful. They have a lot fo room in them, and they can hold a lot of items, but they sit out of the way. A lot of people say they would love to have a curio cabinet, but they don’t think they have the room for one. They are probably correct. I remember when I went on my surfing trip to Puerto Rico…I was glad I had some Spanish under my belt.  Even though many of the natives down there know english, a lot of stuff is still in spanish, such as the signs and stuff.

If I were going to get a language learning software program I would probably buy Rocket Spanish .  Several reviews out there state that Rocket Spanish is the best learn to speak spanish software available.  It’s probably better than Rosetta Stone.

Spanish is probably the easiest language for english speakers to learn since it’s very similar.  The only places I have trouble with are the conjugation of some of the irregular verbs.  With practice though it becomes second nature.

First, I could take my old computer out and burn it. The problem with this is that when some of the components burn, they put out seriously dangerous gasses. Breathing them would be a life threatening experience at the least.

I could try to wipe out the computer electronically but I don’t know that much about computers and know there are more than one way to find information on one, so just because I thought it was clean, does not mean it really is.

The third is that I could smash it into tiny bits, but what then? Throw them into the trash to end up in the local landfill? That is not tooresponsiblee.

So, what should do I do?

I find the origin of where dolls came from amazing. It seems like such an easy concept but of course the idea had to start somewhere. The French were really on a roll when they first started making baby dolls. Then the Germans took it one step farther. They got the idea off of adult dolls but I wonder who first made the first doll that replicated an adult. Who would have ever thought that a simple and probably relatively inexpensive doll would end up being such a great hobby and possibly money making opportunity for the collectors of antique dolls.
