Why do people get each other names tattooed on them? I mean is that not just asking to break up? I never understood that. Why not get matching cross tattoos? I mean that way at least it can not be such an eye sore when ten years later you are married to Debbie, but Rhonda is still tattooed on your arm. I can understand getting like kids names tattooed. They can’t ever be someone else’s kids. That is totally acceptable. Dating someone for three months? Not ok to get their name tattooed on your triceps. I have been looking round trying to find the answer to this question and the information just seems to change all the time. Some people say that you absolutely have to exercise and workout every day but others say that you should have at least 1-2 days rest a week to give the body time to rest. I am thinking that surely you should exercise every single day as that is what athletes do and they don’t have days off to relax.
