An Efficient and Quick Back Up Means We Can Keep Working

I work for a large company that relies heavily upon it server to share information with clients and employees alike. Every evening a system backup is preformed that requires the shut down of every computer on the system. That is, until Monday. On Monday the owners purchased Veritas Backup Exec Software. This software has made backing up our system a snap. Because it can be programmed to backup only specific information, such as information that has changed in the system, we are able to use our computer while the system is backing itself up. If fact is is so efficient that our database administrator has it set up to back up the system twice a day. Talk about efficient!
