Bottled water in my pocket

I always have Bottled Water about my person. Wherever I go and for however long a time I might be going for, I find that a constant supply of water reassures me that everything is fine. You should never allow your body to get to the stage where it is desperate for a drink. The feeling of thirst is actually a desperate signal to the brain to be hydrated. It is an emergency signal, that is the body’s last resort. Many people actually eat when they are thirsty because they mistake the signals for hunger. Next time you feel a bit peckish, have a glass of water instead.
