Chef Schools Offer Professional Training

My lifelong dream has been to become a professional chef. Since I graduated from high school, I have worked in various restaurants in different cooking positions. However, I have never had any formal education. I guess you could say that instead of formal education, I have hands on experience. Finally, I have decided to take advantage of what chef schools have to offer and get an education as a professional chef. I already have a background that includes managing a restaurant kitchen and also being an apprentice for several different well known chefs. I just want to be able to get the recognition I deserve, and to do that, I need to become a professional chef.
