I saw a house that I loved, and I put a ridiculously low bid in on it. The good news is that I got the bid. I can buy the house. The bad news is that I didn’t have the money for the down payment and the closing costs. I borrowed the money for my home loan down payment. I know that wasn’t the brightest thing to do, but I really wanted the house. I will have an additional monthly payment for the next three years while I pay on the personal loan that I took out.
