Legal contract

A legal contract consists of two basic ingredients without which a contract has no meaning and can not be challenged in the court of law. These two ingredients are offer and acceptance. B y law a person can not get into a legal contract with a minor and the person who has tied him/herself into a contract with a minor is responsible of any loss and is liable for any kind of loss that minor may cause to that particular person. A legal contract is written down on a piece of paper and is signed by two or more parties.
