The volleyball team at my college is very talented, and they have won all of the state titles for the last ten years. I wanted to audition for the team, but I knew that I couldn’t jump high enough to set the ball. I started asking around for advice on how to increase vertical jump, and one of the trainers directed me to a fantastic training program that some of the top players had used. I decided to give it a try, and to my amazement, it worked! Within just a few weeks, I had improved my height, and I made the final cut for the team!

As a little girl, I have a lot of memories of spending the summer with my dad in California. I am only the youngest of his two daughters and my older sister was up and long gone before I was barely in the picture, so I really had him mostly to myself. I remember going golfing with him when I was twelve. He’d pull out his Yardage Pro and calculate my shop like I actually knew what I was doing.
