Road work training is the kind of training that will seperate the real weight traininers with the wanna be’s. This particular kind of training is brutal and works. This si not one of those girly fat loss workouts, this workout produces results. The most common road work training involves bodyweight exercises and kettlebell exercises. Be sure to use a weight that you can handle for alot of reps. This form of training is great for endurance athletes and strength atthletes alike. Its a great way to lose fat fast due to the intense nature of the exercise program and the exercise that you will be using.
