In order to manage stresses properly try to address issues that might be affecting stress and that you might not usually think of. Learnt to say no to certain requests. Often stress is the result of not having enough time to do certain acticvities.The time needs to be managed properly. You need to cut down on unnecessary activities and the activities like talking with colleagues making personal phone calls and other activities that may waste time. We need to carry out Stress Management In The Workplace. Take time out for some athletic activities like jogging, playing squash or taking yoga classes. We should not neglect our personal life and try to find a good balance between your personal life and work life.
