One of the things you will have to keep in mind as youm grow older and continue with your weight training and fitness lifestyle is the volume of work that you are doing. When you are young your bodies ability to recover fast after a workout is better then when you are older. So you will have to cut back on training volume and frequency. Due to this fact younger people are capable of geting a hard workout done and then getting back intothe gym the very next day to train another muscle group. Older people can still get advanced workouts, you will just have to research them and be safe.
