Property crime is becoming a big problem nowadays. With the rising property crime rate, more people need help to prevent foreclosures. With property crime up, the property values are lowered and the insurance rates are higher.

This is bad news for homeowners because their neighbors are moving out to avoid property crime in their area. The problem gets worse when people move away for the city.

With falling property values, there will be more homes in foreclosures and with people wanting to move out, there will be no buyers to buy homes that are on sale. People cannot sell their homes that they cannot afford to pay mortgages.
