I did not want to be in m cousin’s shoes when our grandmother found out that the bank had issued a mortgage foreclosure because my cousin and her husband had not made a complete payment for 6 months. All I told her was that they should contact a financial expert that could help them to work with the lending institution to change either the monthly payment or extend the life of the loan, rather than lose their house.
