Teaching a Child Guitar

Children who want to learn to play the guitar usually do so with the classical or traditional method. This technique involves enlisting the help of a guitar instructor, who teaches them the basics, including fretting, moving through the C scale, and strumming a tune properly. Children may learn with or without real music – meaning that they might be able to read music sheets, learn notes, and play some chords without being able to strum an actual tune.
